Please give at least 48 hours notice for all catering orders.
For Pick Up Orders: Minimum Guest Count 25
For Drop Off Orders: Minimum Guest Count 50

Orders are confirmed and booked once payment is received.
Deposits are applied to the final balance.
Pick up/Drop off orders made 30 days before the pick up requires a 50% deposit and Delivery Fee for Drop off.
Pick up/Drop off orders made less than 30 days of the pick up require a full payment
Cancellation/Order Reduction Policy:

Cancelling 7 days or less before the event monies are non-refundable.
No reductions will be accepted.
Cancellations and changes to menu to be done through email at
email@example.com. Cancellations or changes will not be accepted through text or voicemail. Cancelling 7 days or less before the event monies are non-refundable.
Pick Up Time Policy
Pick up times include a 10 minute window, so please plan accordingly. Customer orders are cut and held to temp as close to the scheduled pick up time as possible to ensure highest meat quality.
Changes to pick up time will be considered if made within 3 hours of the scheduled pick up time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Drop Off Policy
Customer is responsible for providing clear directions to the drop off location.
CoCoMoes reserves the right to not deliver food to final destination if:
Customer is not at the delivery property
Customer delays entrance to delivery property
Customer did not inform CoCoMoes of the use of excessive stairs, property terrain that prohibits use of catering cart
Distance from car to delivery site is excessive and was not properly disclosed
Disposable Chafing Set $50.00
Portable Cambro (Keeps food hot) $50 Deposit per Cambro. Deposit is returned when we have received the cambros back
